International BIM award to the Oslo Airport team

The T2 project to Oslo Airport has strongly focused on the use of building information models (BIM) in the implementation of both the T2 building project and further in the operational phase and subsequent developments. This has been the groundbreaking use of BIM, and especially the focus of openBIM (IFC models) with information. Now the project has gained international attention by awarding a high-rise award of BuildingSmart International – a kind of World Cup gold in BIM!

In the T2 project, Aas-Jakobsen has been central to the BIM work and developments that have taken place both on the construction and projection side and it is very happy to be part of such a “World Cup title”. Congratulations to all involved!
